Sitting at the counter, I am excited to see the charcoal grilling happening right in front of me. First, rice, pickles, and miso soup are served, followed by the hamburgers in order. Since they are served one by one, I can enjoy them at a leisurely pace, which is fun. The meat has a strong umami flavor, and I am pleased that I can have it cooked to my preferred doneness. There are plenty of condiments on the table, and by changing the combinations, I can enjoy different flavors. It's also easy to get a refill of rice, and the staff's guidance and explanations are polite, making for a pleasant dining experience.
