Located in the heart of Kobe, in Sannomiya, Gyuchan Kobe is an izakaya where you can enjoy the famous Kagoshima dish 'Takiniku'. Fresh Kagoshima black wagyu and plenty of vegetables are cooked in a special pot, allowing you to savor the flavors with sweet and spicy sauces and condiments. I visited for the first time after being introduced to the restaurant by an acquaintance. A large teppan plate has a hollow in the middle, in which vegetables, meat, and special soup stock are placed. The vegetables are heated from below and the water from the vegetables mixes with the broth, making it a very tasty dish. The range of customization is also wide, allowing you to enjoy arranging the dish to your liking. This was my first visit to the restaurant and I was satisfied. I would definitely repeat my visit when I visit Kobe again. Thank you very much for the delicious meal.

Takiniyku may be an unfamiliar term, but it involves using fresh ingredients abundantly and cooking them on a hot plate. Since the meat and vegetables are boiled, you can enjoy a tender and juicy texture. Please be sure to savor our delicious takinikku.

If you inform us in advance about the hot pot, we can serve it without making you wait.

We can serve one to five portions of hot pot A to D at one table. The images of the hot pot below are all for four portions. For groups, we can also prepare a course menu that includes popular dishes according to your budget, so please consult us by phone (reservations are limited to the day before). In addition to hot pot, we also have other dishes available, but since they are prepared by one person, there may be a wait time depending on busy hours and weekend situations. However, we will do our best to prepare delicious food for you in order, so we appreciate your understanding.
