It's a small shop on the second floor of a building where you can spend a relaxing time. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but the interior is neat and clean. While valuing the basics of Japanese cuisine, new combinations keep emerging, which is exciting. The handling of fish is meticulous, and the dishes featuring grilled fish and sea urchin were very impressive. The corn puree and new onion soup also highlighted the sweetness of the ingredients and were delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the clam rice as well, and the overall flow was pleasantly cohesive.
