You can relax in a comfortable atmosphere and spend your time leisurely. Traditional Italian cuisine and home-cooked flavors are available, and the explanations are easy to understand. The dishes are composed to highlight the ingredients, allowing the aroma of vegetables and the umami of the sea to be clearly felt. The game meat, such as wild boar and deer, is very tender and has no strong taste, which was impressive. The pasta, including ravioli and anolini in broth, also leaves a lasting impression. The sea urchin risotto and the sauce with sea bream are to my liking, bringing a smile with every bite.
