When it comes to 'Hachikura's Motsunabe', this is the flavor. The soup, made by simmering whole chicken bones for a long time and blending it with carefully selected soy sauce, offers a light yet rich and deep flavor. For the finishing touch, we recommend either champon noodles or a zosui set (rice + egg)!

Using 'carefully selected white miso' sourced from Kyoto as a base with seafood, we blended several types of miso to enhance the umami and richness. It is a rich yet refreshing and elegant soup. For the finishing touch, we recommend either champon noodles or a risotto-style zosui (rice + cheese)!
