It is a small, traditional shop, but most of the customers were locals. Still, there were a few international visitors. I was seated at the counter, right in front of the chef, which was very nice. The serious expression and attentiveness of the chef while cooking were very impressive. However, he did not forget to be considerate of the customers. He kindly asked, 'Shall I take away your empty plates?' The food was delicious, and the signature dish, the rolled omelet, was exquisite, not too sweet and not too salty. I think the item on the menu called 'My...' is a must-try. The rolled omelet is part of the dinner menu, so be careful. The shop is small, so if the timing is right, you might be able to get in, but I think it's better to make a reservation. When I asked to take a photo together on my way out, he even stopped cooking to take a picture with me in front of the shop. Since I live far away, I can't go easily, but I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

This is a shop that has been repurposed from an old traditional house, and the calm scenery of the first floor with its fireplace is very lovely. The second floor also features small picture windows that frame the rural landscape, creating a unique sense of comfort. Above all, the adorable appetizer plate and the separately ordered cake showcase delicate and delicious dishes that are wonderful. This time, I couldn't forget the deliciousness of the previous dinner, so I had the lunch set and cake. I made a reservation for four people, but since it's a small shop, a reservation is definitely necessary.

This is my third visit.
The last two visits were for lunch.
This time I visited for dinner.
*The restaurant is open until 9:00 p.m. with advance reservation.
*Please check with the restaurant for the Manbou period.
I have been using this restaurant with my husband and wife,
Yamaga no 00roku-san
→We go there every month.
Yamazaki-0-san in Dazaifu
We have visited all the other Jidori-yaki restaurants in and outside of the prefecture,
This one is the best in terms of freshness, taste, customer service, and atmosphere.
This is the best restaurant in terms of freshness, taste, customer service, and atmosphere.
My personal recommendation is the "various tare-yaki".
It is like a slightly sweetened version of Yamaga's 00rokusan.
If you have been there before, you can imagine what I mean.
The Kimono Tare Yaki is especially excellent.
There is no smell at all.
As for Jidori-yaki, there are different tastes, but I order Akizuki Jidori-yaki with tare (sauce) because of its chewy texture.
For those who prefer resilience, I think the Koudoro Chicken is better.
The rice is also very tasty, cooked in a small kiln.
It takes a while for the rice to be cooked, so I recommend ordering early.
The attention to the ingredients and the at-home atmosphere make this a very comfortable restaurant,

There is no parking lot, so please use the public parking lot next door. Please use the public parking lot next door.
Lastly, I have a request to the restaurant staff.
I feel sure that this restaurant will become popular in the future.
We hope that you will maintain your current stance.
Thank you for the delicious food.
I will use your restaurant frequently in the future.

The room had a very charming design that was unimaginable from the outside. For a while after entering, we were the only ones there, so we were able to look around every corner of the room. We had a tile soba set. The dishes came out in small portions, and it was exciting. Just when I thought it was the end with the tile soba, a rice ball was brought out, and it was perfectly timed as it was exactly what I wanted. I thought I would like to come back to try a different menu.

I visited for lunch. The menu had about four types of set meals, several types of rice cooked in a clay pot, noodles, and side dishes. I was disappointed that there were fewer set meal options than I expected. There were dishes like simmered mackerel, stir-fried chicken with vegetables, simmered beef, and ginger pork with bonito flakes over rice, but the menu didn't have many distinctive items. However, the rice was delicious, and the flavors of the side dishes were also good. The shaved ice was out of peach flavor, and it seemed there were matcha and hojicha options.
