This kaiseki course is prepared at the discretion of the chef. ~Example of one day - Appetizer - Steamed egg custard with chawanmushi of chafing dish of chafing fish and Hokkaido mushrooms, soup, hot noodle soup with smoked duck from Takikawa, grilled Spanish mackerel grilled with saikyo sauce and kita-akari salt and soy sauce, middle dish, grilled beef with vegetables and miso, rice with salmon roe, seasonal sweetness with welcome drink at ice cream bar.

A Summer Night’s Fantasy, Appearing for Four Days Only Experience a nostalgic summer festival in our Japanese garden, surrounded by fresh greenery. We’ve prepared festival stalls that will delight children, as well as charming street food. For your dinner, we present a specially curated kaiseki meal prepared just for this occasion. This year, please relax and enjoy your meal while watching a puppet show. And after dinner, head out to the garden— Amid the silence, fireflies dance, casting a soft glow.
