We have been taught the famous clay pot rice of 'Hakata Hotaru'. This is a proud clay pot rice that can only be eaten here in Kumamoto. With Kumamoto takana as an accent, the 'clay pot rice' luxuriously uses Hakata mentaiko, Hokkaido ikura, and eel.
