Okonomiyaki Teppanyaki Kote Kichi KITTE Hakata

This is a style where experienced craftsmen carefully grill each piece to serve. We use meticulously selected dough, carefully chosen ingredients, and our original sauce. We provide okonomiyaki that is 'crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside' with a grilling method that brings out the flavor of each ingredient. The varieties range from classic okonomiyaki to negiyaki and modern-yaki.

The specialty made on the teppan with a spatula for each order includes classic items like 'Corn Butter' and 'Tomei-yaki', as well as dishes that go well with drinks such as 'Asari Sake Steamed' and 'French Toast' for dessert, all served as teppanyaki.
