The handwritten menu is filled on both sides, and just looking at it is exciting. The appetizer is a combination of six dishes, including warm items, and the deliciousness is surprising from the very start. The sashimi is prepared differently for each part, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The kushi katsu has a light batter and thick fillings, and I was particularly impressed by the juiciness of the pork belly. When I dipped it in the homemade ponzu, the flavor tightened up even more and I couldn't stop eating. The owner's attention to detail is reflected in the cleanliness of every corner of the restaurant and the restroom, making for a very pleasant experience.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was first excited by the abundance of handwritten menus. The appetizer selection was piled high with six different dishes, making me feel happy just being there. The presentation of the horse mackerel and the separation of the back and belly of the bonito is irresistible for fish lovers. I asked the chef to choose the skewered fried items for me, and I was impressed by each piece, which was thick and full of creativity. The particularly unforgettable deliciousness of the sausage wrapped in batter and the juicy pork belly stands out. I was able to enjoy my time with a smile throughout, thanks to the chef's dedication, who handles everything from preparation to customer service alone, and the thoughtful attention to detail, even in the sparkling clean restroom.
