It's the perfect place for those who want to fully enjoy the local cuisine of Uwajima.
During my trip around Shikoku, I visited and found out that when it comes to tai-meshi, it is said that Hodumi-tei is the place to go, so I had tai-meshi there. The way to eat it was written in the corner of the menu, and I followed that while eating. As for the taste, it was very delicious. The sauce from Hodumi-tei, which is also sold in bottles at the shop, was incredibly tasty and matched perfectly with the egg and tai. I couldn't help but buy two bottles on my way back. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely like to stop by.

J'ai goûté à une comparaison entre le dorade mikan et le dorade ai. C'était incroyablement délicieux. Cela valait le coup de prendre le train pendant 6 heures pour y aller. J'ai envie d'y retourner.
