Les fritures de Hatahata sont également très savoureuses, légères au point de pouvoir manger les arêtes, et s'accordent parfaitement avec l'alcool. De plus, les sushis peuvent être commandés un par un, et la taille du riz peut être ajustée, ce qui permet de déguster différentes variétés en petites quantités, ce qui est très attrayant. Les prix sont légèrement élevés, mais en contrepartie, la qualité des plats et le service sont de haut niveau, ce qui en fait un restaurant très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble. Je le recommande à ceux qui souhaitent déguster de bons poissons à Kanazawa.
