Le menu du déjeuner était plus varié que je ne le pensais, j'étais indécis. Après réflexion, j'ai commandé un omu-riz avec une salade et un set de boisson. La boisson était un soda à la pomme. Honnêtement, j'aurais préféré un peu plus de gaz. Peut-être que c'était à cause de la chaleur que j'ai ressenti cela.
À l'intérieur, il y a des places au comptoir, des cabines et des places en terrasse. C'est un café qu'on ne comprendrait pas si on ne le connaissait pas.
In a quiet little shop at the end of a narrow road, it's within walking distance from the station. The signature dish is the miso rice balls, baked to perfection with a fragrant aroma; the outside is crispy while the inside is fluffy, bringing out the sweetness of the rice. The homemade miso is not overpowering, and the overall balance is very good. You have to wait a bit as they grill it after you order, but the freshly made aroma is irresistible. In addition to the rice balls, the stewed dishes, pickles, miso soup with plenty of ingredients, fish dishes, and salads are all carefully prepared and delicious. After the meal, tea and dessert are also served, making for a satisfying experience that includes a cozy atmosphere.

Le bâtiment lui-même a de l'ancienneté, mais il est régulièrement nettoyé et l'intérieur est propre ! Il n'y avait aucune odeur gênante et c'était confortable. La viande d'agneau, qui est la vedette, n'avait pas d'odeur désagréable, avait une légère douceur et la texture était juste parfaite, c'était vraiment délicieux ! J'étais également heureux de pouvoir apporter mon propre riz ! Quand je rentrerai chez moi, j'aimerais y retourner !
J'ai essayé le suiton et le dekunobo pour la première fois. C'était léger mais vraiment délicieux. Je suis content qu'il n'y ait pas de plats à la mode comme des pâtes, cela m'a agréablement surpris.
