20 meilleurs restaurants par Recommandation à Shinagawa-ku
Qu’est-ce que Shinagawa-ku ?: Shinagawa-ku in Tokyo offers a dining landscape shaped by its waterfront setting and easy access to major stations. Visitors encounter a spectrum of experiences, from lively izakaya lanes and noodle counters to refined hotel dining and contemporary bistros. Seafood-focused menus appear frequently, reflecting proximity to the bay, while sushi, yakitori, and ramen remain familiar anchors alongside French, Italian, and pan-Asian kitchens. Many shopping streets encourage casual snacking and takeout treats, inviting an unhurried walk between bites. The ward is often associated with the legacy of an Edo-period post town on the Tokaido, a past that inspires a welcoming, traveler-friendly spirit in today’s eateries. Weekday business crowds and weekend families create different rhythms, so late lunches, early dinners, and after-work gatherings can feel equally natural. Seasonal ingredients, thoughtful pairings with sake and wine, and a balance of tradition and innovation make Shinagawa-ku a place where everyday meals and special occasions comfortably meet.

It was originally a standing restaurant and a bit cramped, but there were high chairs available, and the staff provided entertainment, making it a fun and delicious experience! It's wonderful to be able to enjoy authentic and delicious sushi in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The pace at which the dishes were served was also very good for me while enjoying sake. I went alone, but I had a great time chatting with the person next to me who was also dining alone! Since it was time-limited, I waited outside for a bit until the previous group finished, but if the weather had been bad, that might have been a bit tough? On the other hand, I felt a bit guilty about leaving the previous group early... it was a somewhat complicated feeling. Anyway, I want to go again 😊 Thank you for the meal.

I've grown to love Thai food.
I've been to a few places thinking that Thai food is the same everywhere, but this restaurant is a cut above!
The taste is super delicious for starters! The atmosphere is great, but I think the best thing about this place is the taste!
The restaurant is spacious and feels like you're in a local restaurant. It makes you feel like you are there.
The fried tofu-like dish was the best!
The spring rolls are also good! It looks like you can take it out!
Tom Yam Kung is famous, but I personally don't like it!
The other dishes were still delicious. And it's cosy too! I'll repeat when I'm in the neighborhood!

Les sushis, bien sûr, mais tous les plats étaient délicieux et ont rendu ce moment très heureux. La quantité était également très satisfaisante. Ce n'était pas seulement bon, mais c'était un menu plein de surprises. Je reviendrai certainement !

I was curious about this restaurant because of the posts of the foodies I follow on Instagram.
I was gladly given the opportunity to visit by chance and went to Samezu Station on the Keihin Kyuko Line.
This is the second time in my life that I have used this station, and by the way, the first time was also at Otsu-chan (^^)
Assorted domestic tongue (thick cut, thin cut, and tongue geta)
The thick slice was as thick as it could be! The thick slice is so thick that it's easy to eat because of the careful knife. There was lemon juice on the table, but there was a cut lemon on the plate, so I put a squeeze of freshly squeezed lemon on it and snapped it off!
The crunchy texture, just the right amount of saltiness, and the sourness of the lemon...what more could you ask for?
The slices were not thinly sliced at all (in a good way).
It is thick enough to leave a firm chewy texture, about the same thickness as a typical yakiniku restaurant cut. We enjoyed it while comparing the different textures from the thick cut.
The tongue geta has a completely different taste and texture from the above two types. It is cooked in two different cooking conditions, a crispy version and a fluffy version. Personally, I prefer the crispy version, but of course the fluffy version is also delicious. Of the three types, I think this is the one that makes alcohol go down a treat.
10 kinds of meat
Ten different parts of the meat were served on a special plate.
The arrangement of the meats on the front leg, stomach, and back leg is as you would expect from a popular restaurant.
The Ichibo, Zabuton, and Tomosankaku were personal hits on this day!
The cuts are large, so you can enjoy them with salt for the first bite and tare for the second.
The balance between the more sashimi parts and the red meat parts is also very good, and the composition is too nice to be appreciated by the gastrointestinal tract.
As I thought the last time I visited, I would like a little more seasoning on the meat as a whole.
Aburi-Toro-Shabu Donburi
I had this dish on my last visit and enjoyed it very much.
The gravy, sauce, egg yolk, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes were a perfect match. The meat is lean, so it is not too fatty, and the rich meaty flavor is just right for the rice after the meal. This is a delicious dish that I would like to have a plate of each.
Cold Noodles
The final dish of the meal (laughs).
It is a light dish using ume plum and shiso leaves, and is extremely tasty!
It may be hard to tell from the picture, but the amount of noodles is packed in and very satisfying (despite the fact that the soup is complete).
Homemade apricot bean curd
Richly flavored apricot bean curd, refreshing in the mouth.
The salad and yam kimchi that we ordered with our entrée were both flavored with dried bonito flakes and had a gentle taste.
It is perfect as an appetizer because it is not too strong in flavor and easy to eat.
So, it was a very satisfying time, filling both my stomach and my heart.
*On the way home, we were shown the refrigerator of Otogawa Livestock Breeding across the street from the restaurant.
The sight of the vacuum-packed display of parts of meat purchased from a whole cow was a sight to behold. We were impressed to hear about the various aspects of their meat procurement and processing.

In 2022, I have already been visiting this stable spot once a week! It has been selected as one of the top 100 Yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo for 2020.
Great cost performance and usability, specializing in A5 grade black wagyu beef.
This time, I tried ordering a la carte for the first time.
I especially love the beef tongue with plenty of green onions wrapped around it!
The gomtang soup and the reliable cold noodles are delicious no matter what you eat.
This year, I will make it a year to eat a lot of Yakiniku!

Homemade Ramen Muginae
♦︎ Omorikaigan Station (Tokyo)
5 minute walk from Omorikaigan Station.
A very famous ramen restaurant selected as The Tabelog Award Bronze and one of the 100 best restaurants on the food log.
It is rare for a ramen restaurant to be selected for The Tabelog Award (and consecutively).
People often wait in line for more than two hours to try Muginae's ramen.
Mugimiao's concept is "no chemical seasoning at all.
No chemical seasonings or yeast extracts are used,
The soup is made without using any chemical seasonings or yeast extracts, and is made with soup stock derived from natural ingredients, which gives the soup a deep flavor that gradually permeates the mouth.
The light broth is combined with homemade noodles and delicious ingredients to create an exquisite taste that cannot be achieved with extracts.
There are only 9 seats at the counter.
The restaurant does not use any chemical seasonings, so the flavors are carefully prepared. Therefore, the turnover rate is not good.
I myself had to wait in line for more than 2 hours when I visited on a Sunday.
However, I can assure you that it is worth the wait.
Menu
♦Special soy sauce ramen: 1,100 yen
Korocha gohan (rice) 350 yen
This is the "royal road" of soy sauce ramen.
It is the ultimate in simplicity, using nothing extra, extracting flavor from natural ingredients.
The soup has a complex thickness and richness that cannot be achieved with chemical seasonings, making you want to drink it forever.
It is also very delicate, and the three kinds of chashu (pork) and noodles are perfectly matched with each other.
It is memorable and unforgettable.
It is truly the ultimate culinary experience.
It is so delicious that I am no longer at a loss for words to describe it.
I can assure you that it is worth waiting in line for two hours.
If you like ramen, you must try it.
Thank you very much.

I really love this restaurant and keep coming back again and again.
I live in a rural area, but every time I go on a business trip to Tokyo, I make sure to visit and heal myself with delicious food and wine.
Some bistros will not allow you to enter if you are alone, but they welcome you with open arms.
You can order a course by yourself, but to my delight, the portions are so large that I feel like I'm going to be bloated.

A hidden gem of a restaurant in Fudomae
There are many great pizza restaurants in many places!
I like Da Michele in Ebisu, but this time I went there through a friend's introduction!
The staff is smiling and a little elaborate!
The staff is friendly and the food is a bit elaborate! I especially enjoyed the four kinds of cheese!
I highly recommend it!
We went with about 8 people this time and we were able to sit at a side table, which is also a high point!
A little far from the station is a problem.
Also, the traffic is not convenient for me personally.
I highly recommend it!

Le riz cuit à la vapeur avec l'anguille qui est sorti en dernier était incroyable ! C'est un endroit qui a une ambiance de izakaya, mais j'ai aimé ce restaurant animé !
