Chateaubriand is an extremely rare cut of tenderloin that can only be obtained from about 3% of a high-quality black-haired Wagyu cow, with only around 600g available. Its finely textured mouthfeel and exquisite tenderness that can be cut with chopsticks are truly exceptional! It is recommended to enjoy it simply with rock salt.

It is rich in iron, making it recommended for those who tend to be anemic.
