Upon entering the store, a modern and sophisticated space unfolds, which is exciting. The counter is spaced comfortably, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. Unique dishes and glasses are lined up, making each plate feel like a small exhibition. The appetizers feature many new combinations, offering discoveries with every bite. The sushi has a fluffy rice that holds together well, and the umami of the toppings can be felt directly, which is impressive. The sake tasting is also enjoyable, and I think it's a wonderful place to spend time that delights all five senses.
