This high-end eel restaurant is located in Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, opened on September 12, 2023, and is conveniently located just a minute walk from Sangubashi Station. The owner, Mr. Akira Ogiwara, has a long-established eel restaurant "Asaya" in Tochigi Prefecture in his family, and after training in Japanese and Chinese restaurants, he became independent. The name of the restaurant, "Asaya," was inherited from his parents' family name.
