The simple and clean interior of the restaurant creates a calming atmosphere. The first appetizer and the crispy vegetable sticks had a mild flavor that was exciting. The warm soup made with meat was rich in umami and comforting to the body. The light batter on the skewers created a wonderful harmony with the ingredients, and the juicy meat cooked rare was irresistible. I was impressed by the seasonal ideas, such as the skewers of flounder coated in a fragrant sweet sauce and the fried treats wrapped in chestnut cream. I enjoyed the mini-sized katsudon, the sweet syrup, and the aromatic hojicha, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
