It's a cozy space with only a counter, where you can enjoy drinks comfortably whether standing or sitting. The small dish that was served first had a gentle flavor, making for a comforting start. The dish of slowly simmered beef tendon was melt-in-your-mouth tender, with the aroma of the broth thoroughly infused. The homemade pickled shallots had a crisp texture and a hint of sweetness that made it hard to stop eating. There were many types of snacks, including a five-item platter, lemon-scented pork pasta, and mini pizzas, all of which had a homely and warm taste. I felt it was a wonderful place where you could slowly enjoy Sapporo beer or highballs.
