A hidden gem specializing in clay pot rice

Chukalou Hong Kong Restaurant, located in Kobe City, specializes in clay pot rice and offers refined Chinese cuisine. The fragrant pork belly clay pot rice and the ultra-thin noodle ramen are particularly well-regarded, with new discoveries to be made on every visit. The complimentary Chinese congee adds a warm touch, allowing guests to feel at home. They also serve breakfast congee, making it a valuable spot to unwind even on busy mornings.

As soon as you enter, there is a service of Chinese congee, and the gentle taste of chicken broth is comforting. You can have as much as you like, so you can't help but stack your bowls. The clay pot rice uses Thai rice, and the moment you open the lid, the aroma of Asia wafts through the air. The pork belly with bones is coated in a sweet sauce, and the flavor intensifies with each bite. The homemade char siu is tender, and its appearance lined up in the restaurant is appetizing. You can enjoy refreshing thin noodles, dim sum, and desserts, leaving you satisfied.
