We have cut out finely textured parts suitable for steak from the A5 rank Kobe beef thigh. Please savor the rich flavor of the wild-tasting red meat with every bite.
This cut comes from a single Kobe cow that has been raised for 32 months to reach 700kg, yielding only about 8kg. Enjoy the tenderness that can be torn apart with chopsticks without the need for a knife, along with its elegant and supreme sweetness.
There is a legend that the 19th-century French politician François-René de Chateaubriand ordered and ate only this cut due to its incredible deliciousness. The King of Kobe Beef, chosen from the center part of the fillet!
