Grilled spare ribs. Sold by the gram at 450 yen per 100g. A serving is about 200g. Please enjoy the rich flavor of the pork raised with care at Isamu Pork, a pig farm in Miyoshi, Aichi Prefecture. Feel free to enjoy it with coarse salt, wasabi, or spicy soy sauce, as you like♪
This is Isamu Pork Liver Steak, stir-fried in a sweet and spicy sauce, meant for those who say they dislike liver.
This is Isamu Pork roast pork that has been carefully prepared using low temperature cooking.
We stir-fried the internal organs of Isamu pork with miso! Nagoya is definitely about miso tonchan!
This is a kushi katsu that boasts of its deliciousness. Made with Isamu pork. You can choose between miso and sauce.
The chicken wings from the manager's monologue are thick! They are very satisfying!! They won't lose to any other chicken wings! (laughs)
This is a beef tendon stew that has been slowly simmered over time. The melt-in-your-mouth meat is irresistible!
Our popular menu item, teppan tonkatsu. We place cabbage and egg on the teppan, add Isamu Pork's tonkatsu, and pour Nagoya's ankake sauce on top! This is the manager's favorite menu item!
This is fried chicken marinated in homemade miso sauce. It's even more delicious when dipped in sweet miso mayonnaise.
I tried making Nagoya's ankake spaghetti with kishimen!
Nagoya B-class gourmet Taiwanese yakisoba. Our yakisoba uses noodles from the popular 'Hayashi Seimenjo' ramen shop in Nagoya. It is made with homemade Taiwanese minced meat that is slightly spicy. Once you try it, you'll be hooked! (Spiciness can be adjusted)
The Nagoya-style Italian spaghetti is served with ketchup spaghetti laid on a hot plate with eggs. People from Nagoya call the ketchup spaghetti served on a plate 'Napolitan.'
The salad full of eggs has sweet miso and mayonnaise. It's a nostalgic taste for people from Nagoya.
Using Honma bread. Baked with a high-end toaster Balmuda.
When it comes to popular pizza, it's Ogura Pizza, known for the manager's musings! You might think, 'Huh? Cheese in Ogura?' but it actually works! The keyword for Nagoya cuisine is 'sweet and salty.'
A flavor that evokes the richness of fruit with the umami and sweetness of rice.
This is a somewhat mysterious sake that transforms into a sherbet-like consistency the moment it is poured. Please enjoy the 'Mizore Sake' that delights all five senses. Limited to 8 bottles per day.
