The sweet taste of mango reminiscent of sunlight and the lingering flavor of coconut create a refreshing drink perfect for hot nights, as each spoonful transports you to a tropical landscape. Created to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo, this cocktail is based on the sake 'Miyako no Seihoku,' which has ties to Waseda. It combines cherry blossom liqueur and raspberry liqueur, adorned with cherry blossoms, reflecting the many cherry blossom viewing spots near the hotel. The deep crimson color gives a nostalgic impression, embodying the bartender's wish that 'you will always want to return here again.'
