Although General Takahama's restaurant has been open for quite some time, his personality is very nice and the ingredients are excellent. In particular, the squid, conger eel, and salmon roe are highly recommended. In addition, the pickled yellowtail, Akashi octopus, cod milt shabu shabu shabu, kamatoro shabu shabu, swordfish tataki, mozuku seaweed, sea bream konbujime, akagai, Spanish mackerel, muddy cuttlefish and purple sea urchin, grilled conger eel chawanmushi, pickled red meat, yam, sardine, mackerel, sweet shrimp, salmon roe, boiled conger eel, torotaku, and tamago (a bowl of rice) are also delicious. The "Tome Bowl" was also very tasty.
