Located just a short walk from the station, this half-basement restaurant has a stylish, café-like atmosphere that is very relaxing. The first dish that came out, the boiled komatsuna greens, had a gentle flavor that eased my mind. The grilled chicken skewers, including shiso-wrapped, negima, and liver, were all plump and juicy, with the sauce being exquisite. The tsukune and chicken breast with cheese were also fragrant, and the richness of the cheese paired perfectly with the light meat. There were seasonal dishes like matsutake mushrooms and hamo in Yoshino-style simmer, as well as gratin with oysters, and the aroma of the broth and sauce was irresistible. With the option to enjoy fresh oysters and shirako ajillo, I find myself excitedly adding more skewers each time.
