This is an all-you-can-drink course! You can enjoy Osaka Gohan Mon.'s specialties such as char-grilled Naniwa black beef, rice cooked in earthenware pots, and assorted sashimi of fresh fish produced in Osaka for local consumption, which you cannot taste anywhere else. This is a lunchtime banquet course that includes 6 dishes and all-you-can-drink (pine)! This plan is available only on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the day before national holidays starting from 14:00 to 17:00, This is a limited plan that allows you to enjoy "Osaka Gohan" at a reasonable price!

Osaka's Wagyu beef, Naniwa Kurogyu, has a low melting point of fat that melts even at body temperature! This course includes shabu-shabu or sukiyaki, which is a luxurious way to enjoy the meat with its smooth texture and concentrated flavor. In addition, we offer a satisfying lineup of dishes such as assorted sashimi of freshly caught fish from Osaka and carefully stewed Japanese black beef dote stew! Indulge in the luxurious 'Naniwa Black Beef', a specialty of Osaka! Only 5 heads are shipped each month, from female black-haired wagyu cattle over 30 months old, raised in Osaka. This is a very rare breed that stands apart from the commonly available black wagyu. We focus not on marbling but on 'tenderness', 'a light and elegant fat that melts at 36 degrees', and 'umami'. We proudly offer the highest quality black wagyu from Osaka, available for purchase as a whole cow!
As the only purebred black-haired wagyu in Osaka Prefecture, we use Osaka-produced ingredients such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries certified 'Naniwa Black Beef', as well as the high-quality local chicken 'Kyo Akadori' produced mainly in Kyoto and western Japan. Our veteran chefs carefully prepare these representative specialties of Kansai into exquisite creative Japanese dishes!
A very rare diaphragm that can only be obtained from female cows, weighing about 2 kg. This dish, which was also served at the G20 Osaka Summit dinner, is characterized by its non-greasy fat and elegant umami with a good melt-in-the-mouth texture, and is loved by various renowned restaurants including Michelin-starred establishments.
The meat fibers are fine and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The balance of marbling and lean meat is excellent, with a deep richness and strong sweetness inherent to the lean cuts.
