Oh, no, no, no. The first touch is like fried rice! Only those who have had it can really understand the sensation! It was so new to me that my eyes almost popped out of my head. It's so soft and fluffy, and it's so soft and fluffy! I wanted to slap it off! Very thick and very hot! I love eggs, but just like the original in Sakai It's so good 😊. And now for the main course! The prawns are just amazing! My friend had it at the main restaurant in Sakai. Well, at that time, they were famous for yellowtail. But my friend was eating such delicious food right in front of me! I was like, "Oh my God! It was so good that I thought so! Very large, and very satisfying to the max! You can taste a lot of shrimp flavor. Very crispy, too crispy! The inside is filled to overflowing with the meat! The tartar goes perfectly with the shrimp. The tartar is also quite good on its own. I want to eat it with rice. But I still like the taste of the ingredients I personally like to eat it as it is 😊. And the strongest rice! I really remember when I eat the rice here. It really reminds me of homeless junior high school students! I feel like I want to go to the other side of rice! Anyway, Zojirushi Shokudo is good, too. but it's nothing compared to Zojirushi Shokudo because Gekotay is the restaurant that Zojirushi Shokudo used as a reference 😊. All the sub side dishes are also delicious, especially The pork stew and cod roe pickles were amazing! This restaurant we went to this time known to all gourmet connoisseurs. Gourmet connoisseurs know this restaurant as Gekotei! I read in a magazine that Gekotei was close by, and I thought it was the best! Gekotei was introduced by Hama-chan and Kobukuro on "Gobugobu", and was even referred to by Zojirushi when they were developing their high-end rice cooker. It's a place where you can eat rice made by the same person who worked on Zojirushi Shokudo's rice! In other words, when developing a high-end rice cooker, the rice cooking method was studied by a person here who is called a rice cooking hermit! By the way, the person called the rice cooking hermit is. Mr. Meng Murashima. who is 87 years old and still active. Professional chefs visit him for his food, and he has appeared on TV and other media. What's even more amazing is that his reputation has exploded in China and he has even been invited by the Chinese government😅. The hermit, who is never short of topics He is not interested in cooking, but only in cooking. He uses Koshihikari and Sasanishiki rice alone or blended together. He chooses the rice by comparing the differences in taste and characteristics depending on the region and year of production. The most important thing to consider is how to cook the rice. The rice is cooked in a homemade kamado and a perfectly matched pot for about 20 minutes, and just before it is finished, the rice is cooked over high heat to remove the water. After steaming the rice for 20 minutes, the water and cooking method are further fine-tuned according to the temperature and the condition of the rice each time. The rice is kept in a state of total concentration until it is finally transferred to the last serving dish. By the way, this is a side note, but the main store in Sakai I heard that the main shop in Sakai uses more than 30 kilograms of rice a day. How amazing is that? The average Japanese person eats just over 56 kg of rice per person per year. In two days, we already use enough rice for one person for the year. I want to be buried in rice

A lot of side dishes and rice can't keep up with the food! As a white rice lover, I've always wanted to visit GINSHARI Gekotei in Sakai. We finally paid a visit! Seasonal Luxury Sakai Ginshari Gekotei The restaurant is located on the 10th floor of Daimaru Shinsaibashi. Inside the restaurant, there are table seats and counter seats. The menu is a one-soup, eight-color set meal. You choose your main dish! Fried dish, sashimi, fish and other dishes that would go well with rice! I was tempted to choose sukiyaki, but I decided to have fish today! Teriyaki yellowtail set meal: 1880 yen The lineup of side dishes is overwhelming! Shirataki kinpira Fried salmon Fried salmon Sweet potato with sweetened soybean paste Eggplant with minced chicken and minced chicken Spinach with sesame paste Fried egg grated yam I'm so happy to have a little bit of everything! All of them are homemade and taste so good! It is very hard for one person to make so many dishes! The contents may change depending on the day, but the balance is good. The main dish, yellowtail teriyaki, or Bri-Teri for short! Thick and big yellowtail! Very fluffy! It is made to order, so the sauce is not very well mixed, but it was delicious! The rice was cooked just right, with just the right amount of stickiness! With all these side dishes, the rice went down so well, I was going to have another serving, but I was so full from the side dishes! I feel so frustrated (lol)! The service lady was so energetic and cheerful! When the tea runs out, she makes a fresh pot right away and is very attentive to small details. Next time, I'd like to go to the Sakai shop! I want to visit the restaurant in Sakai! I'll have to go there when I'm even hungrier! Thanks for the food!
