Tare Tongue and Unzen Ham are too good! Restaurants with many seats often seem mechanical in the way they cut and serve meat, perhaps because of the time and effort required to cut and carry meat. Since they are serving good meat, I would like them to pay attention to every detail. If it costs more, why not raise the price accordingly? The "Yakiniku Satsuma" restaurant that I would like to introduce to you this time breaks down my terrible prejudice. When I asked a fellow gourmet, "Do you know any good yakiniku restaurants near Ibaraki City?" I asked a fellow gourmet and he immediately recommended it to me. Despite being a large restaurant with seating for 90, it was delicious, reasonably priced, beautifully cut and presented, and tasty (for the second time). I would like to share with you a part of such a quality meat experience. Appearance A 15-minute walk from Hankyu Minami-Ibaraki Station, a popular yakiniku restaurant in Ibaraki City. This popular restaurant serves wagyu beef from Unzen Hirano Farm in Nagasaki Prefecture. It is loved by the locals of Minami-Ibaraki, including the butcher store attached to the restaurant. Tare Tongue ... 800 yen When it comes to yakiniku, salt tongue is what it is all about! I can't disagree with the opinion that "salted tongue is the most popular type of yakiniku. I agree with that opinion. But when you go to "Yakiniku Satsuma", you should also try the tare-tan. The beautiful visuals through the sauce and the barrage of delicious flavors that make you want to bite down, all of which are so outstanding that you can't help but be swoon. Special salted tongue ... 1,400 yen Then there is the salted tongue. This may be the first time I have seen such a long, thin and thick cut. The beautiful sashi is very noticeable. I carefully cooked the outside of the tongue so that it would not burn. It was so thick and juicy that I thought it could be called "tongue steak. It was so thick and juicy that I thought it could be called "tongue steak. And this cut. The fact that it is difficult to eat in one bite may be a good thing. You can enjoy a slice of tongue twice, so you can enjoy it twice at the same time. Unzen Ham 500 yen People may think, "You are a yakiniku blogger, but you are introducing ham?" You may think, "You are a yakiniku blogger, but you are introducing ham? I am prepared to take the risk and introduce the charm of "Unzen Ham". Nagasaki Prefecture is famous for using only Kyushu pork raised at the foot of Unzen. It is a brand-name food product that is rarely sold in stores and can only be found through mail order or at restaurants. I never thought I would be able to eat it at a yakiniku restaurant in Osaka. Unzen ham, with its abundant juices, is characterized by a robust flavor that makes you intuitively want beer and white rice. No seasoning is needed. The natural flavor of pork and a hint of saltiness is enough. It is the No. 1 food item you should have on standby in your refrigerator at home. Hiuchi... 1,250 yen Satsuma Chiran chicken ... 600 yen Price... About 7,000 yen (per person) Similar restaurants Fukai] "Yakiniku Jinho Chifune] "Chikusa Minami-Tatsumi] "Yakiniku no Ogawa Like Yakiniku Satsuma, this is a delicious yakiniku restaurant that can be enjoyed by the whole family. ■Reservations I feel that there are many excellent yakiniku restaurants in Ibaraki City and other areas in northern Osaka, which are hidden in the shadow of Ikuno Ward and Minami Osaka, which are called the home of yakiniku. There is still a lot to explore. I am looking forward to the future. Blog is here↓↓. https://kitameshi.com/kitameshi/ibaragisatsuma/ Insta is here↓↓ https://www.instagram.com/kita.gourmet/
