In a cozy shop centered around the counter, you can sit comfortably. The chef, being a disciple of a famous culinary master, handles seafood exceptionally well. The sashimi is beautifully arranged with rich bonito and fatty tuna, and the colors are stunning. The fried white shrimp and grilled salt mackerel are cooked with delicate attention to detail, making you smile involuntarily. The sake selection features rare brands, and it was particularly enjoyable just to admire the aged Shinsei. It's a wonderful place with a homey atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy even if you're alone or in a small group.
