Each dish is beautiful, that is already a given.
However, the cuisine at She Ino cannot be described simply with the words "beautiful" and "luxurious."
It is not pretentious, yet it feels familiar, as if you have tasted it somewhere before, but it is completely different.
The moment it enters your mouth,
"Ah, this is something I feel I understand yet do not understand,"
that quiet surprise was present with every dish.
The power of the ingredients, the way they are cooked, the layering of flavors, and the lingering aftertaste. Each element asserts itself without being overwhelming, yet everything leaves a proper impression.
It is not just that "it is delicious because it uses the best ingredients," but rather, the thought put into "how to handle them" is conveyed more and more as you continue to eat.
The flow of the entire course is truly beautiful, with no heaviness or strain, just a pleasant experience that carries you through to the end.
Before I realized it, my heart was filled even before I could analyze the flavors.
And then, the birthday dessert plate.
The beautiful flowers painted across the plate,
and the meticulous attention to detail in that one piece,
was so breathtaking that it left me speechless; it was not just a "presentation" but conveyed a warmth that celebrated a precious moment together.
What made that time even more special was the presence of Mr. Ito, the president.
While maintaining a dignified atmosphere, his occasional smile and subtle humor eased the tension of us first-time visitors without us even noticing. Just like the food, the care for the atmosphere itself was naturally conveyed.
And of course, it was not just Mr. Ito; the hospitality of all the staff was also impressive.
They never overstepped, yet they were attentive to our needs.
That balance and their smiles made the entire space soft and comfortable.
It is fitting for a special day, yet you can relax without feeling stiff.
Even days later, I find myself reminiscing about that time.
I definitely want to return,
that is how I feel about this place.
I love the lineup of national sake (sake and shochu) that would make a maniac swoon, my personal connections with sake breweries, my deep love for national sake and the people involved with it, and the development of entrées that go well with national sake!

The presentation of this restaurant is the most beautiful of all the restaurants we have visited.
Especially, the amuse and birthday plate are too cute.
All the dishes were so easy to eat that they changed my concept of French cuisine. I was overwhelmed by the volume of each dish and was very full.
The sophisticated space, the food that you can enjoy with all your senses, and the excellent service, it was a handsome restaurant that I would definitely want to introduce to others.
A curry shop where you can enjoy authentic European-style curry infused with spices
Rodin, located in Takaracho and Hachobori, is a renowned establishment where you can savor authentic European-style curry made with fresh spices, herbs, and vegetables grown in their own farm. The flavors are a perfect harmony of aromatic spices and fresh ingredients, offering an unforgettable taste experience. The counter is lined with various spices, creating a unique atmosphere.
The spacious counters and tables are enjoyable, and it's fun to see the cooking process. It is so popular that even on weekdays, the seats fill up. I am happy to be able to see fresh fish right there and have it prepared to my liking. The rice cooked in a clay pot is glossy and has a sweetness that makes it easy to eat even on its own. The sashimi platter is very fresh, and the deliciousness of the mackerel was particularly impressive. They are also very accommodating to changes in preferences, and there are many types of warm sake and brands that pair well with the fish, which makes me happy.
An extraordinary space of refined modern Italian cuisine
Piacere is a restaurant characterized by its sophisticated atmosphere that modernly expresses the luxurious dining salons of Italy. With over 400 varieties of wine and champagne available, you can fully enjoy Italian dishes that combine traditional recipes with innovative ideas. The convenient location just a one-minute walk from Tokyo Station is also a delightful feature.
I feel that this is a popular restaurant. The first dish, a marinated vegetable, has a pleasant aroma and prepares the palate nicely. The game terrine is rich in flavor with a variety of ingredients, and it pairs well with the vegetables. The fish broth is rich in umami, free of any off-flavors, and it was satisfying with plenty of ingredients. The burger, layered with short-horn beef pâté, a fried egg, lettuce, and lardons, has a perfect balance of lean meat and fat, making it thoroughly enjoyable. The staff's subtle attentiveness is also pleasant, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.

At this popular French bistro in Hatchobori, you can savor authentic French dishes alongside wines personally sourced by the owner-chef. The combination of hearty meat dishes and the chef's carefully chosen wines is exceptional, making every dish a delightful experience. The natural hospitality and cozy atmosphere captivate visitors. It's a place you want to visit for everything from casual dining to special occasions.
The char-grilled fillet of Sanda beef had the perfect balance of lean meat and sweet fat. Tomosankaku, even with its high fat content, can be enjoyed with the charbroiled beef and wasabi soy sauce.
While the meat was expected to be excellent, the cold corn soup, sea urchin (rare sea), sea bream, and sweet shrimp from the seafood platter were presented at their best and made for a satisfying combination.
The additional abalone was also a gem, with both the heat and the sauce bringing out the best flavor.
Beer Cafe Bruges Zot Nihonbashi is the only restaurant in Japan recognized by the prestigious De Halve Maan brewery, which has a history of over 450 years. Here, you can find over 100 types of Belgian beer, with a particular focus on rare draft beers imported directly from Belgium. The menu also features a variety of dishes perfect for pairing with beer, such as fresh mussels and Belgian-style fries. It offers an irresistible taste and atmosphere for beer enthusiasts.
The food was served at a good tempo and was comfortable. The counter seats are a bit small, but just barely acceptable. Considering the location, the sake prices are reasonable. The sea urchin hand rolls are a nice entertainment.

The window seats have an amazing atmosphere and are perfect for a date♡ The sofa seats were bustling with business meetings, and at the counter, there were families enjoying their meals... it had a diverse and interesting vibe◡̈
