When you take the elevator to the top floor of the building, you are smoothly guided to a sunken kotatsu seat after taking off your shoes, making you feel comfortable from the start. The bright staff welcomes you with great energy, and there is a QR code menu on the table that is easy to operate. When they pour sake from all 47 prefectures, the glass is filled to the brim with surface tension, making you smile involuntarily. The manager's skillful preparation of monjayaki right in front of you is full of live energy, making you want to record a video. The monjayaki, filled with a mountain of fresh seafood delivered directly from the market, is rich in dashi, and with each bite, the flavor of the sea spreads. There are also playful variations like mentaiko cheese and extra Baby Star, keeping the excitement alive until the very end.

Piacere is a restaurant characterized by its sophisticated atmosphere that modernly expresses the luxurious dining salons of Italy. With over 400 varieties of wine and champagne available, you can fully enjoy Italian dishes that combine traditional recipes with innovative ideas. The convenient location just a one-minute walk from Tokyo Station is also a delightful feature.
The char-grilled fillet of Sanda beef had the perfect balance of lean meat and sweet fat. Tomosankaku, even with its high fat content, can be enjoyed with the charbroiled beef and wasabi soy sauce.
While the meat was expected to be excellent, the cold corn soup, sea urchin (rare sea), sea bream, and sweet shrimp from the seafood platter were presented at their best and made for a satisfying combination.
The additional abalone was also a gem, with both the heat and the sauce bringing out the best flavor.
Beer Cafe Bruges Zot Nihonbashi is the only restaurant in Japan recognized by the prestigious De Halve Maan brewery, which has a history of over 450 years. Here, you can find over 100 types of Belgian beer, with a particular focus on rare draft beers imported directly from Belgium.
