When I stopped by casually, the calm atmosphere of the counter was very comfortable. The interior was clean, and there was a skilled chef cooking efficiently, along with friendly staff. The appetizers were flavorful, and the fried eggplant and firefly squid with vinegar miso particularly left an impression. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of dishes including sashimi, grilled local chicken with salt, fish cake, and beef tongue. The fried lotus root was crispy and visually appealing. Conversations over the counter were enjoyable, and I had a pleasant time while chatting about local topics.

The sashimi is very fresh, and every time I put it in my mouth, I feel happy. The fried dishes have a light batter, and the tempura and stuffed fried items are crispy and fragrant. The appetizer of firefly squid in vinegar miso is also pleasantly flavorful. I can spend a cozy time at the counter, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The interior is clean, and the presentation is beautiful, showcasing the craftsmanship. When paired with shochu or highballs, it creates a relaxed and happy time.
