Koisansui is a hidden gem in Nagasaki specializing in eel and carp cuisine. The exterior of the restaurant has a charm reminiscent of stepping into a Studio Ghibli world, and upon entering, you are greeted by a serene, traditional Japanese atmosphere akin to a ryokan. You can enjoy plump, perfectly grilled eel and dishes flavored with exquisite dashi.

By utilizing domestically sourced Koi from pure mountain waters, it becomes a delicious carp with firm and flavorful flesh.
Carp Fillet
Our specialty 'Carp Fillet' is exposed to clean mountain water until just before cooking, resulting in a unique and delicious taste without any strong flavors. Enjoy it with our homemade vinegar miso. Additionally, the carp fillet comes with 'Koi Koku' (miso soup simmered gently for a long time over low heat).
