입구부터 독특한 분위기가 있어 설레입니다. 일본의 멋이 있는 건물로, 차분한 공간입니다. 개인실이 있어 주변을 신경 쓰지 않고 편안하게 보낼 수 있습니다. 장어는 속이 부드럽고, 표면은 고소하고 바삭하며, 소스는 적당한 단맛이 있어 뒷맛이 가볍습니다. 육수의 감칠맛도 확실히 느껴져서 밥이 계속 들어갑니다. 예약하고 가면 안심할 수 있고, 직원의 응대도 따뜻해 기분 좋게 보낼 수 있습니다.

By utilizing domestically sourced Koi from pure mountain waters, it becomes a delicious carp with firm and flavorful flesh.

Carp Fillet

Our specialty 'Carp Fillet' is exposed to clean mountain water until just before cooking, resulting in a unique and delicious taste without any strong flavors. Enjoy it with our homemade vinegar miso. Additionally, the carp fillet comes with 'Koi Koku' (miso soup simmered gently for a long time over low heat).
