Amakusa Daioh," a locally raised chicken specially made for Mizutaki in Amakusa, Kumamoto, is raised for twice as long as usual, and has a rich and mild flavor. This "Hakata-style" Mizutaki course uses an abundance of such Amakusa Daioh. Please ask about all-you-can-drink by phone or in the "Request" column.
Otomatsu's finest anniversary course. Unlike anniversary courses at ordinary izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and cafes, we do not offer birthday plates, etc. What Otomatsu offers is a special course prepared by craftsmen using the finest ingredients. We recommend this course for anniversaries for adults. The owner wants you to taste the ingredients from the preparation stage, so we only offer this course at the counter.
The manager of Otomatsu's restaurant leaves the course up to you. Dishes made with carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan according to customer's requests. All-you-can-drink 120 minutes included, recommended for those who have a fixed budget for company banquets, entertainment, etc. All-you-can-drink 120 minutes, LO 30 minutes before. All-you-can-drink can be added to the course for an additional 1,980 yen (tax included)!
