The aroma of curry spreads gently, and you can feel the depth of the Japanese-style dashi from the very first bite. The chopped raw onions and sautéed onions provide a crisp accent that is enjoyable. The roux is rich yet not heavy, with the flavors of seafood and meat blending together harmoniously. The hearty tonjiru (pork soup) is also impressive, simmered until the vegetables and pork are tender, providing a comforting experience. By changing the flavor with the fried onions and fukujinzuke (pickled vegetables) on the table, you can continue to eat with excitement until the end. It’s a place where you can slowly savor your meal at a calm counter, making it a restaurant I would want to recommend to my curry-loving friends.
