The aroma of dishes baked in the oven is delightful, and eating them is enjoyable. Plenty of vegetables from our own farm are used, enhancing the sweetness of the carrots and pumpkin. The fish delivered from Akashi pairs well, and the scent of the stone oven is distinctly felt. The pasta, whether with a light cream or oil base, is delicious, and the texture of the noodles is pleasant. The Margherita has an impressive tomato sauce, and the browning of the dough is just right. A dish of Ryukyu boar roasted with miso is rich in flavor, and the combination with vegetables is wonderful.
