[Tokyo Azabu-Juban] A bar that boasts immense popularity among international tourists, representing Azabu-Juban. Reservations are essential and difficult to secure, and the counter where you can see a magnificent cocktail performance is particularly popular. A la carte ◇ Rose Cocktail Raspberry ◇ Liqueur Chocolate ◇ Smoked Highball ◇ Strawberry Cocktail ◇ Coffee Cocktail ◇ Matcha Cocktail ◇ Blue Cocktail ◇ Mojito The staff has significantly increased since my last visit. Every time I visit, I can't help but exclaim in admiration at the stunning and cool performances. It was so much fun, I want to go again.

Azabujuban, Tokyo An authentic bar with spectacular performances and high international popularity. The bartender is Mr. Yuzo Komai, who has won many titles including the Suntory Cocktail Award. A la carte Blueberry Birthday Cocktail Fig cocktail Rouget Chocolat de Chocolat Popcorn cocktail Chocolate and orange peel cocktail Tequila cocktail All are impressive. My personal recommendation is the Rouget Chocolatl. It was created by Mr. Komai, the overall winner of the 2014 Suntory Cocktail Award. It is a cocktail of salted caramel and chocolate, and the taste is just too much for my liking. It is not at all like the "cocktails are sweet and bitter" that generally give a strong impression of cocktails. It was so delicious that I could have had as many refills as I wanted. Coffee cocktails and green tea cocktails with flame effects are very popular among visitors to Japan because of their rarity, and I got the impression that they were often ordered. I would like to visit again and again, as I never get tired of just watching the performance.

CENTIFORIA, a bar in Azabu Juban, has the atmosphere of the main bar of a long-established Japanese hotel with the fun imbalance of a 29-year-old barman who won a cocktail competition. The bar has a classical art deco style interior, plenty of counter depth, spacious seating, and comfortable high chairs with sofas. Recommended for both business entertainment and dates. They specialize in short cocktails, so we ordered one that was not too sweet and made like a dolce. It was made as pretty and delicious as a latte, and both my eyes and palate were happy. For my second drink, I asked for a refreshing long cocktail using seasonal draconian fruit. It was as pretty as a parfait, and again, we were delighted. The atmosphere, the cocktails are well made, and the prices are reasonable. Please take your time to visit us for an after-dinner drink.
