The atmosphere is calm, and when you enter the shop, the friendly chef greets you from behind the counter. The first dish served has a gentle aroma of dashi and a comforting taste. The sashimi platter features bonito and sea bream, all incredibly fresh and rich in flavor. In particular, the fatty marinated mackerel is fluffy and so delicious that even those who don't usually eat it can't stop using their chopsticks. The fried garlic sprouts finished with salt and the fragrant agedashi tofu are also creatively prepared, leaving a satisfying crunch. The sushi, shaped little by little, has a good balance between the rice and the toppings, providing a sense of satisfaction until the very end.
