Torokeru Hamburger Fukuyoshi Gifu Nagaraten

Unlike regular black-haired wagyu hamburgers, we mix domestic beef lean meat with black-haired wagyu fat to achieve a uniform fat content. By coarsely grinding the lean meat, we bring out a smooth texture and sweetness (umami). By adjusting these ratios, you can enjoy a juicy and melting texture.

While regular hamburgers are often made from trimmings and scraps minced and shaped, Fukuyoshi aims to provide customers with fresh and delicious meat by intentionally mincing and shaping cuts of domestic beef that can be enjoyed as steak.

When handling meat, hygiene management is the most critical task. It involves basic practices such as workspaces tailored to the meat processing stages and bacterial testing, but we implement thorough management throughout the entire company. Additionally, in the final stage, our craftsmen carefully assess each melting hamburger's quality to deliver safe, secure, and delicious hamburgers to our customers.
