A small Jiro ramen shop in Hongdae
The Row is a small Jiro ramen shop in Hongdae, offering tonkotsu ramen. The soup has a refreshing taste, with a good balance between the soup and noodles, making it an excellent combination. You can choose between firm or thick noodles. The chashu and egg toppings are exquisite, and the soup has a hint of sesame flavor. Additionally, they also serve wasabi rice. It's a popular spot even on weekdays, with a bit of a wait time.
