A self-cooking specialty restaurant for Gero's chicken-chan

Hagiya Kei-chan is a new style of restaurant where you can enjoy Gifu's local dish "chicken-chan" by cooking it yourself. Using locally sourced chicken and fresh vegetables, customers grill their own meals on a teppan to achieve their preferred flavor. Be sure to try the sweet sake soft serve made with local Hida sake for dessert.

After waiting a bit, I was guided. The chicken dish based on soybean miso has a wonderful aroma, and the young chicken is fluffy and tender. It's fun to grill it while mixing on the iron plate, and the crisp texture of the cabbage adds a nice accent. The cheese topping melts beautifully, enhancing the richness to an irresistible level. The small side dishes, pickles, and miso soup are all carefully prepared, and there are options for changing the flavors, so I never got bored until the end. The addition of yakisoba halfway through was also excellent, and the soft serve ice cream is rich, with a fragrant and light texture of the cone.

Enjoy the elasticity and the original flavor of the chicken with every bite. The classic miso is the most popular. It features a secret miso sauce that has been used since the establishment. The soy sauce has a unique roasted aroma, enhanced by garlic, making it very appetizing. The salt version is refreshing and recommended for children as well.
