Ambiente elegante all'interno del ristorante. Essendo un ristorante specializzato in piatti a base di pollo, il sashimi di pollo era fresco e il mizutaki aveva un brodo di pollo ricco di sapore ed era delizioso.

Located just a short distance from the station, you can enjoy a calm dining experience. It operates on a reservation-only basis, and there is no menu; you will be served a course meal. Each dish highlights the quality of the ingredients, and the presentation is very beautiful. The richness of the red meat is well conveyed, and the fish dishes and cocottes left a lasting impression. For those who are not fond of alcohol, sparkling grape juice is available, providing peace of mind, and for those who do not prefer wine, sake is also an option. I particularly enjoyed the fluffy round bread, which made me feel satisfied.

Il cibo è delizioso. Tra quelli che ho mangiato, i gamberi fritti con maionese e le tempura di natto e shiso erano particolarmente buoni. Il servizio era più tranquillo che vivace, il che ha reso l'atmosfera rilassata. Essendo in una semi-privata, è stato bello poter stare senza preoccuparsi degli sguardi degli altri.

It was great to have the new sake I was aiming for, and I was able to compare local sake as well. The food was delicious! The tamagoyaki was exquisite! I would like to visit again when I go to Akita.

The moment I opened the door, I felt relieved as bright lighting and a casual atmosphere spread out. When I sat at the counter, the two staff members, a veteran and a young one, warmly welcomed me, easing my tension. The first drink I ordered, a citrusy sparkling cocktail, burst with fruity aromas and was very refreshing. Next, as I savored a drink made with ginger, the crisp aftertaste made me exchange glances with my friend. Snacking on the recommended pizza made with miso and a year-aged prosciutto, the saltiness and umami paired perfectly with the drinks. While spending time in a space filled with pleasant music, I was able to truly appreciate the joy of the bar.
