Cafe Katsudo ☕✨
with Mayu-chan
( )
With my lovely partner Mayu-chan 💓 We were planning to go to Nomono this day, but Mayu-chan called me to make a reservation and told me that they are not open for lunch on Saturday right now💦.
So we decided to go to NOGISU, which was a first for both of us.
Third time for me! LOL!
We finally got to try NOGISU's hamburgers 🥺✨ We had reservations so we were able to sit down easily, but there were a lot of customers coming in later and everyone was being turned down because they were all booked 💦.
So you might want to go with a reservation. 🙆♀️🙆♀️
Thank you for making a reservation 😌💓 I think there were about 5 different items on the menu.
I was torn between the cheddar cheese one and the hamburger steak, but I wanted to try it for the first time and simply taste the hamburger steak itself. I went for the charbroiled 100% beef hamburger, I think.
Mayu-chan also said she would choose cheddar cheese at first! But she decided to go with the same thing as me 😂😂 The hamburger steak with rice or bread, salad and soup is 1000 yen including tax.
I think the cheddar cheese one was 1100 yen. 🧀 The hamburger steak was brought to me with a nice sizzling sound ✨.
Enjoy the sizzling sound in the video 🤗 lol
We started with the salad.
The salad was very smoky? The salad was served with a potato salad with smoky bacon? The salad comes with a potato salad with smoky bacon?
This potato salad is amazing.
The light dressing goes well with the rich potato salad. 🙆♀️ The soup tastes like pot-au-feu.
The main dish was a hamburger steak!
When you put the knife into the hamburger steak, the juices are overflowing 😍😍It comes with a tomato sauce, salt, and wasabi.
I started with the salt and wasabi.
The juicy, meaty hamburger steak is outstandingly delicious.
It's 100% beef, so it feels like a steak 🥩.
If you put a western style sauce on it, it turns into a hamburger steak that even children would like. LOL!
I recommend salt and wasabi 🤤.
The hamburger steak itself has a strong flavor that makes the rice go down 🍚 I wanted to throw out the bread, but I really wanted to eat the hamburger steak with white rice 😂.
Grilled vegetables are carrot, pumpkin, potato, and Shishito.
The gravy and western style sauce are mixed together ✨.
It was really delicious and gone in no time 🥺🥺🥺 Next, let's go for the cheddar cheese 🐮🧀 Next, sweets🥞.
To be continued.

The next was the salmon roe. The salmon roe, which had been loosened from the muscles and peeled off its thin skin just before serving, had a soft texture that enhanced the flavor. The abalone, which is served throughout the year, was also excellent, with the richness of the liver sauce and the saltiness exquisite. The shock of the snacks did not end there. The last dish, steamed egg custard crab with Chinese bean paste was reminiscent of Shanghai crab with Chinese bean paste and even better.
The nigiri also had excellent white sea bream and ainame, and the kingfish had a large liver that enveloped the rice in twice the amount of liver in a single piece of nigiri.
The Spanish mackerel was marinated, the local fresh squid, the tuna from Oma, and all the other great work and fish items were delicious.
Hopefully, the rice would be best if it were a little harder and had the strength of red vinegar, but I think it is good in the region and for good reasons.
Menu below

It was more delicious than I had expected. The flavor of the sea bream was of course delightful, and combined with the taste of the dipping sauce and the carefully selected egg, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is a stylish shop located in a lively area of Matsuyama, tucked away in an alley. With a modern Japanese interior, it offers a comfortable atmosphere with a counter, tables, and private rooms for relaxation.
