Using black-haired Wagyu beef raised with care in Kochi Prefecture. You can savor the exquisite flavor and tenderness of high-quality meat. *The cut may vary depending on the supply.
Enjoy the brand pork from Miyazaki Prefecture, 'Hyuga Aji Pork,' with lettuce. Please dip it in our homemade ponzu 'Pon Noko,' which has surpassed a total of 10,000 bottles sold. The pork shabu, the most popular dish on the course, is also available as a single item, but it's not always available, so if you come across it, you definitely should order it!
You can choose to finish the dashi-maki tamago rolled in oden dashi by either pouring more oden dashi on top or enjoying it with grated soy sauce.
