It is enjoyable to have a meal while looking at the open kitchen filled with a woody aroma. The deer tartare I ordered first was moist, and the lightly smoked flavor spread out, leaving me impressed. Next, the grilled mushrooms that arrived were juicy, and the aroma of the firewood was distinctly felt. The corn pasta and the sea urchin and squid ink risotto also combined sweetness and umami, making me smile involuntarily. There is a rich selection of drinks, including homemade lemonade and herbal tea, which pair well with the dishes. The staff were always cheerful and even suggested sharing, allowing me to have a pleasant time.

I will definitely go back to this restaurant when I visit Niseko. The food is very good.

The view of Mount Yotei is so pleasant that just sitting at the table makes me excited. The menu, centered around Japanese cuisine, includes an omelet that is finished right in front of you, which is fun. The grilled autumn salmon with quinoa was fragrant and suited my taste. The bread topped with melted raclette is delicious enough to bring a smile to my face. There is a wide variety of bread, making it difficult to try them all. In the cozy interior with a warm wooden feel, I can spend a leisurely and fulfilling time.
