Introduced by an acquaintance from Furano, I came to the restaurant with my family of four. It was very crowded, but there was no harsh atmosphere, and we were welcomed with a homely vibe, for which I am grateful.
Since everyone in the family loves lamb, we ordered the lamb shabu-shabu set (one child set with lamb) and one soft drink each. On the second night of our trip, after splurging on food the previous day, I planned to eat one serving at Chinaru and then head back, but it was so delicious that we ended up ordering two additional servings, totaling six servings. I was surprised that even after eating this much, it didn't cost us 2000 yen each. I would like to come back when staying in Furano.
As a side note, I personally got hooked on adding grated onion to the dipping sauce. It also played a role in the ramen at the end, and it fit comfortably in my already full stomach. I was just very satisfied!
I was able to go after more than ten years. There were some changes in the arrangement of the chairs, but I enjoyed the hokke, sohachi, zangi, and robata salad among other delicious dishes. The restaurant seems to be busy, but I will stop by again when I return home.
Enjoy a fun time with fresh seafood in a lively atmosphere
Hamayaki Hokkaido Uoman Furano is a restaurant where you can enjoy hearty dishes made with fresh seafood. Ordering is easy with a touch panel, and you can have your food cooked to your preferred doneness, which is a great feature. While savoring the aroma of the sea and the vibrant atmosphere, the grilled scallops with special sauce are particularly recommended.
This is a cozy, home-based Neapolitan pizza shop that has been renovated for business. There are tatami seating options, creating a homely atmosphere. The pizza dough is chewy with a prominent wheat flavor, and even the crust is delicious! The tomato sauce is fresh, and I always order the buffalo mozzarella Margherita and the herb-roasted chicken, but this year I tried a half-and-half pizza with salt lemon chicken. I recommend this as well. Attracted by the deliciousness, I have been using this place every time I go skiing in Furano for the past four years.

It was very tasty.
At first it seemed like there was not enough meat, but it was surprisingly just right because it was so rich! I recommend adding more meat to make it prettier!
It was delicious with soy sauce, but surprisingly also with salt.
I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant, but overall I was satisfied!
