It is the night of the fifth day of the Kansai expedition. Here, we met up with Grandpa Hata and went to bbq in Kobe.
I thought it was one of the restaurants that I thought I was right in Kansai expedition. ☺️
It is also Manpai's favorite restaurant!
⭐️ taste 8 It was quite a hit. I'm not sure if I'd like to go back to this place again, but I would. I was shown a video of the wood burning and the reddish wood, what's the name of it, lol, and he said it was very key to the wood burning.
They use 2 tons of wood a month😳
⭐️ service9 It was pretty good the first time too. Thanks to Uncle Mann!
⭐️Ambiance 8 Even from the entrance
⭐️cosmos- I think it was around 30000 sorry I forgot
⭐️Direction 7 It was in places!
I think you should try it at least once!

The food at the restaurant was delicious no matter what we ate.
It was inconvenient because we were notified on the day if our reservation was made, so we could not decide on a plan in case we could not make a reservation.
Located in Kobe's Sannomiya, hibi is a chic yakitori restaurant filled with a hidden charm. The interior is lush with greenery, creating an atmosphere more akin to a refined French restaurant than a typical yakitori spot. At the counter seats, you can enjoy the cooking process of the yakitori right in front of you while savoring delicious dishes paired with wines selected by the sommelier. It's a special place where you can enjoy sophisticated cuisine in a comfortable ambiance.
All the dishes I ordered were delicious (roast beef, white beef tripe, beef skewers, grilled vegetable platter, flank steak, pork loin, chicken kamameshi).
The staff's response was wonderful and very pleasant.
The interior of the restaurant was clean.
It was a very satisfying restaurant.
I usually only go for lunch, but... the taste is consistently delicious. Sushi that brings out the best in each fish! It's the best.
I will definitely go eat there again.
A quiet and calm good shop located just a few minutes' walk (3-4 minutes) from JR Motomachi Station, right at the entrance of a back alley (Chōjō Street) between the Kobe Motomachi shopping street and Nankin-dōri. The meal options include several types of curry, all of which looked delicious, but since my companion is not good with spicy food, we ordered 'Khao Man Gai.' It was not spicy at all, and the presentation was beautiful. The combination of rice, chicken, and vegetables was healthy, well-seasoned, and very tasty.
I had a fruit sandwich and a mini parfait for lunch. It was filled with plenty of seasonal fruits. The fruit sandwich had just the right amount of whipped cream, not too sweet, perfectly calculated to enhance the flavor of the fruits without overpowering them, making it very delicious.
This is the first time I've encountered such a delicious fruit sandwich. The service was also excellent, with everyone responding with smiles, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. On my way out, I bought some peaches, and the staff kindly asked, 'When will you be eating them?' They helped me choose the best timing to enjoy them deliciously. I was very satisfied with the meal, and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I had a wonderful time. Of course, the peaches they selected were also enjoyed by my family, and we were all impressed by their taste.
Several friends recommended this restaurant and we made reservations about a month in advance.
I was told that I must try the famous chicken skin (black and white) and green peppers! I was told that even people who don't like the skin can enjoy the chicken skin here.
The crunchy chicken skin was a new texture for me. My husband, who went with me, especially enjoyed it! My husband, who went with me, was especially pleased.
The avocado sashimi was also delicious.
Enjoy dining at the teppanyaki counter with a view of Motomachi. The tofu with tartar sauce gives it a fresh and delicious flavor. The grilled abalone is grilled to the liver, and the skill of the griller is excellent. Kobe beef is available in filet and loin options, and the degree of grilling can be adjusted to your liking. The garlic rice has a rich garlic flavor, and the iced dessert cooked on the teppan is superb. I cannot speak to the price, but you can expect a satisfying meal.

The bolognese was peppery and delicious.
The accompanying French bread was rich and tasty.

The meats and food were very good. The craft beer on draft was also wonderful. And I had my first taste of makgeolli, this tiger makgeolli was refreshing and not sweet at all. The staff and owner of the restaurant were wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you for the food.
