I started with a platter of five types of sashimi and began to feel the deliciousness of this restaurant! The rare cuts in the one-bite series were served hot, and it was a refreshing experience with dishes that truly showcased the flavor of chicken, which you can't find elsewhere! Overall, everything I ate received high praise! I tried a new cut called 'tori techan,' which is different from beef techan but had a similar taste! I highly recommend it! There were some cuts that were sold out and I couldn't try, but next time I definitely want to enjoy the rare cuts and mizutaki! Along with some sake.

I wanted to eat pasta and was searching for a place near Kashihara Jingu-mae, when I found this restaurant and visited it. From the appetizer of vegetables, we enjoyed the bright looking and very tasty dishes. From the pasta to the main meat dish and dessert, I was very satisfied with both the volume and the taste. It was an elegant lunch time on a weekday afternoon after a long time. We will be back. ‼︎
