The owner, who runs the shop alone, is cheerful and easy to talk to, making it a very comfortable place. With certification for true Neapolitan pizza, the dough has an excellent aroma and the crust has a great texture. The award-winning pizza is topped with mashed potatoes, a soft-boiled egg, ham, and a whole burrata, and the mild flavor pairs well with the acidity of the dressing. The marinara with fresh shirasu, Bismarck, and Romana each have their own unique characteristics, and I was satisfied with all of them. I enjoyed the assorted appetizers, the salad with prosciutto, and even the cream cheese tiramisu, and I was happy that they wrapped up the leftover pizza for me.
